My commission is 3%. I believe in full transparency — you should know exactly what you're investing in and what you'll receive in return. For that 3% you receive concierge-level service, strategic guidance, and a closing gift of a free home inspection and one-year home warranty.
Do you work with buyers who are just starting to explore? +
Absolutely. In fact, that's one of my favorite conversations to have. We'll start with a no-pressure strategy session where I help you understand what's possible, what you'll need, and what the right timing looks like for your specific situation. There is no obligation and no pressure — just real guidance.
