How It Began
From mortgage banker to your trusted guide home.
My path into real estate wasn't planned — it was earned. As a mortgage banker who also held a real estate license, I was already deep in the world of finance and property. But I saw the other side of the table, and I saw the gap.
One day, a client of mine grew frustrated with the service she was receiving from her real estate agent. She turned to me and asked: "Can you just help me find the house?" I could. I did. And somewhere between the showings and the closing table, I fell completely in love with this industry.
That single client experience changed everything. I saw what was missing: genuine care, deep listening, and a guide who was truly in it for the client — not the commission. I built my practice around filling that gap.
The Philosophy
Artistic. Bold. A friendly neighbor in spirit.
Today I lead with what I know makes the difference: I listen deeply to what you actually want — and what you don't say but mean. I ask the right questions. I handle every detail so you can just focus on the excitement of what's ahead.
I'm artistic and bold in my strategy — bold marketing, creative approaches, confident negotiation. But my style with clients is warm and relaxed. I'm the friendly neighbor who happens to know every street in Pasadena, every pocket of Altadena, every opportunity in the San Gabriel Valley.
And yes — I do a lot of handholding. Some agents see that as extra work. I see it as the work. You deserve to feel safe, guided and genuinely taken care of from our very first conversation through the keys in your hand.
